• The Rev. Pete Forbes / Rector

    Father Pete was ordained a deacon (2012) and a priest (2013) by bishop William A. Thompson of the Diocese of Western Anglicans in the province of the Anglican Church in North America. Pete holds a masters degree in theology from Fuller Theological Seminary (2011) and earned a bachelors degree in religious studies from Vanguard University in southern California (2006). He studied Anglican Theology through Trinity School of Ministry in Ambridge, Penn. Both he and his wife, Julie, moved to Oro Valley (2013) to plant King's Cross Anglican Church. 

  • Jason caywood / Lay Missioner / Parish Council

    Jason Caywood grew up in Tucson, AZ and has been married for over 20 years to his extraordinary wife Jennifer. Currently he serves Graduate students and Faculty at the University of Arizona. Jason is a proud graduate of the University of Arizona (2000) and completed a Masters of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary (2008). Currently he is in the program to be certified to serve as a Lay Missioner within the Diocese of Western Anglicans and particularly in and through King's Cross Anglican Church in Tucson.  

  • seth erickson / Choir / Parish council

    Seth and his wife, Dawn, moved to Tucson from Minnesota (2017) to pursue Seth's graduate studies in Optical Sciences at the University of Arizona. They quickly found a home in King's Cross Anglican Church, where they both serve on the music team. Seth serves as a member on the Parish Council and also participates in the newly forming fellowship: King's Cross Anglican Community at U of A. Talk to him at church if you would like to help with music or go out for food.

  • linda walsh / secretary / Parish Council

    Linda Walsh has been a Professional Counselor for over 20 years. She has an undergraduate degree in Theology and Missions, as well as Psychology. She has a Masters in Counseling. Linda moved from Seattle to Arizona full time four years ago with her husband Warren. Linda enjoys the community of people at Kings Cross, for their commitment to one another and to building the Kingdom of God. She also appreciates the centrality of scripture in our worship together.

  • Carolyn Apel / Altar Guild / Parish Council

    Carolyn moved to Tucson several years ago with her husband Pete and their children, Abigail, Jacqueline, Braeden and Tanner. She is a Special Education Teacher at Pathways School and Evaluation Center. Her husband is a former Marine and stays home with their children. Carolyn believes it is a great privilege to serve and follow Jesus, her Lord, and she is excited to see how the days ahead unfold, as the people of King's Cross keep their eyes and ears open for the movement and call of Jesus on their lives. 

  • josh rodriguez / Altar Server

    Josh has been a part of the King’s Cross community since its very beginning and is currently being discerned for Holy Orders as a deacon in the Anglican Church in North America. An optical engineer by trade, Josh is an altar server for King’s Cross who also fills a number of other various roles around the church. He is also an avid cellist, occasionally performing with the Southern Arizona Symphony Orchestra, and enjoys spending time outside running, cycling, hiking, and rock climbing.

  • Jennifer Callaway / Altar Server

    Jennifer Callaway lives in Tucson with her husband, Kevin and Louie, their miniature Poodle. They have an adult daughter, Claire who also lives here. Jennifer is a Bible teacher and a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary with a Masters in Media and Communication. She serves where she's needed in the church, including occasional preaching and a weekly reflection she posts on our website. She loves this church community and loves to encourage others to "run with endurance, the race set before us."

  • shuo pan / pianist

    Shuo Pan, an adjunct piano faculty at Pima Community College, is currently pursuing her doctorate in piano performance with minor in music education at the University of Arizona. She also studied the organ for two years as a secondary minor at U of A. In the past 10 years, Shuo has been serving in many churches as a pianist from China to the Europe to the U. S. Since 2020, she has been working as a pianist for King's Cross Anglican Church at Tucson. King’s Cross is a loving Christian community in which to worship.
