On mission

During our Post Communion Prayer, we humbly ask our Heavenly Father, "to assist us with your grace, that we might continue in that holy fellowship, and do all such good works as you have prepared for us to walk in; through Jesus Christ our Lord." Our Sunday worship extends outside the gathering place as we walk into our communities, our work places, our neighborhoods, our schools, and our homes to serve Christ by serving others. Wherever we are, we are on mission to be the Church so people may experience the life of Jesus.

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age” (Matthew 28:19-20).

May we all be filled with this heavenly benediction from Jesus, to be His faithful disciples at all times and in all places.
